Intro to Information Technology Support & Services Monthly

Monarch Introduction to Information Technology Support Services is a semester-long, online Christian homeschool elective that explores the essential skills needed to assist users and maintain computer systems. Students learn about help desk operations, troubleshooting methods, hardware and software support, and customer service communication.
